- ✓ 24/7 Care & Assistance: Full help with bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility, and eating.
- ✓ Home-Cooked Meals: Three daily meals plus snacks tailored to dietary needs.
- ✓ Medication Management: Administration and storage under RN delegation based on doctor orders.

- Pre-admission Assessment: DSHS requires a brief health assessment and physician medication orders prior to admission.
- Rate & Agreement: Flat rate of $275 per day. Written terms confirmed prior to move-in.
