Every resident arrives with a different set of needs. Care here is written to the person, reviewed as things change, and carried out by people who know them.

The shared living space at Radiant Living

Licensed care under one roof.

Radiant Living is a licensed adult family home, not a large assisted-living facility. We currently carry DSHS specialty designations for dementia and mental health, with clinical care overseen through RN delegation.

Help with daily living

Bathing and showers with skin checks, dressing, grooming, oral and nail care, toileting, and help with eating — including cueing, softer-texture meals and full assistance when needed. The ordinary supports that keep a person safe and comfortable.

Mobility & safety

Standby or hands-on help with walking and transfers, including gait belts, Hoyer lifts and sit-to-stand devices. Regular repositioning for residents at risk of skin breakdown.

Medication support & administration

Medications stored securely and given per provider orders and each resident's care plan — oral, topical, and eye-drop medications, plus insulin injections and blood-sugar monitoring — administered or assisted by trained caregivers under RN delegation.

Nursing oversight

Clinical tasks are delegated and overseen by a licensed registered nurse, coordinating with each resident's own physician or nurse practitioner. Added clinical services are arranged when needed.

In-home physician visits

Physician and provider visits coordinated in-home through Seva Medical, bringing regular clinical care directly to the resident.

Dementia & memory care

A DSHS dementia designation and a small household. A smaller, predictable setting can reduce overstimulation and support familiar routines, gentle redirection, and consistent relationships.

Mental health care

A DSHS mental-health designation and care built around stability — steady routine, dignity, medication support, and a calm household.

Hospice coordination

When the time comes, we work alongside a resident’s chosen hospice agency so a person can remain in a familiar room, cared for by familiar people.

Respite & short stays

Short-term care when a family caregiver needs rest or time away — the same household and the same standard, for a defined stay.

Built for safety

A home fitted for aging in place.

Bathrooms have grab bars and a roll-in shower. Floors are single-level and open. The home is arranged so that mobility aids, wheelchairs and the realities of getting older are met without fuss.

Safety here is quiet infrastructure — present everywhere, remarked on nowhere.

At the table

Home-cooked meals, three times a day.

Cooked in our kitchen and served at regular times — breakfast, lunch and dinner, with snacks on request. Diabetic, low-sodium, soft-texture and cultural preferences are accommodated after assessment.
